Megan my contact is wonderful
Megan my contact is wonderful, a 10 for sure. The problem with the system. Megan can't give me full attention, when she has 9 clients in total. I feel that Solace is trying to maximize their profits by over scheduling other clients, pulling Megan away from my issues!

Advocates I've Connected With
The Advocates I've connected with were helpful and caring. But I'll soon be meeting my third advocate in five months. The turnover affects continuity.

I have not received my scooter yet
I have not received my scooter yet ! But my advocate is working miracles I love her she’s done everything for me I know she’s a hard worker and stays on top of things she really is wonderful!! Thank you solace for the wonderful person she is!

My most recent appointment was suddenly…
My most recent appointment was suddenly cancelled last minute without warning or a reason and nothing new was planned for and my advocate is not responding to texts .

We've looked into this issue and see that your previous advocate did need to step back, and that you've now been placed with a new advocate. the words are soothing and sound…
the words are soothing and sound empathetic, however zero results and the hope that solace gave me is quickly crushed, I remain searching for compassion and understanding as i only want to be able to live in manageable pain and not the debilitating, crushing pain that has robbed me of a normal life. I am not seeking the extraordinary rather i only am trying to get the same level of care i received at the core institute in Arizona

Waiting for help /accomplishments
Nothing sadly has been accomplished yet….i know it’s being worked on May 13,2026-I have a new CW-very thorough -I certainly did not mean for that as I do not know how the system works but she is very kind, thorough, and excited to help! Thank you Solace!
