Over a month. I'm hearing the same thing from these people everytime we speak it's the same thing. I could have had my 16 year old niece take care of this.. and that's saying something!!! Horrible. Don't waist your time. Just take care of everything on your own. It'll be worth it. This is a money hungry place with no help at all. . Whatsoever.

Solace charges people for services not render,they charge my insurance company advocate services for 60 minutes when I spent at the most 20 minutes,they also charge my insurance a doctor's visit that I never went to and even a follow up and then I ask them to make the adjustments they ignored it,they claim that the advocate does work behind the scenes and I just don't see it,they just don't bill you for one service after another they let it pile up for a couple of months and the floors you all at once.

I had a phone conference with Solace health regarding Medicare bridge GLP program. Spoke to a representative for about 5 minutes. The representative didn't have any knowledge and could answer any of the questions I had. I then went through my own doctor's office to apply for the Medicare bridge program. At this time I received a phone call from another representative from Solace. I told solace that I would no longer need their service. Just received a letter from Medicare in that solace charged almost $1500 for no service at all. I will dispute this with Medicare.

Your better off using Gemini or chat gpt too get real good results , being your own advocate is the best thing too do..my healthcare has declined witheld services not discovered and they get paid too much to do nothing

09/16/2026 - After a month, nothing has been done. There has been zero progress for me. However, I have a bill of over $1500 this month. For "emotional support." I am not even sure how to respond to that other than say this is not true at all. If anything, they made promises they didn't keep and caused emotional upset. Calling on weekends and off hours, assigning a PA that isn't even in my time zone? She actually can't coordinate or do anything without me. She can't go to my appointments or actually work as the title. Patient Advocate. She insisted on getting better insurance through Medicare, in the very beginning. That has yet to happen. That's literally it and everything. I feel very taken advantage of. As soon as they open (PST office hours... and I'm EST) Placation "I really want to help you figure everything out, it just takes time." (x3) "I have a heavy caseload." Why am I being penalized/charged due to these things? This sounds more like a business model problem and short staffing. My phone calls were follow up to see what was being done, if anything. Getting clarification on exactly what the PA was able to do and doing. I also spent a lot of time just telling her about my situation and conditions. Entry stuff that I had to repeat a few times. Turns out... that's what I was being charged for? Misunderstandings? Update 9/26/2026 - sent second message for support. No contact made to me by Solace Health.

Just another business/person put in the way to delay, deny and assist the Healthcare (oxymoron) Industry [exactly what it is a money] making company. They created an incomprehensible system for their profit and purpose, and, added so many layers, as advancement moved quicker then the institutions were/are legally capable of complying with. Like AI, advocates of today are "running" behind. The solution isn't to add another layer of bureaucratic Nonsense...

Had my phone interview for service, then 2 weeks later she called back, not realizing I'd already had the initial call. Weeks later she rescheduled thee next appt., and never did anything to get my doctors appt. Next she called and said I'd be getting a call from my doctors office to schedule an appt. needed for GLP-1 approval. Then she texted that she'd be out for surgery. Never heard back!
