Our advocate, Elizabeth Marshall, has been an absolute life-saver for us! It's been a very difficult season for my family as my mom's been having so many health issues, and it's been really difficult for my brother and I to manage working full time jobs and navigating all of her healthcare needs. For months we were paying expensive crisis coordinators to try to help us, until we stumbled on Solace and were blessed with Elizabeth as our advocate! She has worked tirelessly to help us across the board for mom's health needs and it has taken a tremendous load off my shoulders. She's gone above and beyond in every way, she is extremely kind and compassionate, and she is exceptionally communicative. We've made so much progress in the short time we've been working with Solace/Elizabeth and we are forever grateful. I cannot recommend this service enough.
