My siblings and I have struggled to find the right care for our mother after her 3rd hip break. Getting answers was difficult and we felt we didn't know enough to be competent in making sure she was getting what she needed. Autumn Bryan told me about solace and suggested that we sign up and request her as our advocate. Best advice ever. Autumn helped us appeal the end of her therapy and has connected with her PT team as well as facility team and wound doctor. They are aware there is an advocate involved and she has weekly calls with them all as well reviewing mother's care records every week. What a relief to have someone with medical experience on our team.

Solace is a great company to be with because they actually care enough to treat me as a person. My advocate Beth is great at what she does for me and sees that I have everything I need as scheduling appointments, checking on my meds and a whole lot more.

So far, I am having an amazing experience. Within days of meeting Lucina, she has already fought to get reasonable accommodation and offices to respond, when I couldnt get a call back. I appreciate all she is doing to help me navigate through a medically difficult rare disease.

They are absolutely the best. With the condition that I have, it's hard for me to keep track of all of my appointments, medications and benefits and Esther makes it easier. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and has been able to help me get more done in the last year than I have in the last five. Thanks again for being there when I need you

Lucina Ibarra has literally been a godsend in helping me navigate all the things I can’t do myself. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and Lucina has always been willing to help me figure so many things out. She is fantastic at calling doctors, suppliers, insurance, etc. and doesn’t let up until she gets what is needed. She works tirelessly not only during the day but nights and weekends too. She has absolutely been phenomenal! I would give her 100+ stars if I could. She is definitely the best!

My representative Jenny was very easy to talk to. I really felt like she was actually concerned about my health and wanted to do the best for me. Jenny was very patient with me since I have Parkinson's and made me feel so at ease. She was very knowledgeable and had the tools to help me with my doctors to get the best results. I really appreciate her and would recommend Solace Health and Jenny to anyone.
