I ONLY STAND ON HONESTY! James the Advocate supervisor is consistently sending me reminders of my upcoming appointment with my Nurse Advocate. When I first started with SOLACE HEALTH, I wasn't pleased and when I reported to him, He didn't hesitate, he immediately contacted Claire and come to find that there was a huge change in our patient and Advocate relationship. They are the greatest HEALTH organization I have ever dealt with. CLAIRE Hast is very much involved in my health and respects my decisions that we both are comfortable with. She has helped me apply for in-network health insurance, which cost more but less out-of- pocket expenses, she has set up all of my doctor's appointments for me, involved in conversations and decisions they make, she is very knowledgeable in the health industry. This organization is really for their clients and their health issues. This really moves my heart. They need to ne recognized sincerely for the service they provide to their clients of EXCELLENCE! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION. MRS. CLAIRE HAST KEEPS HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HER CLIENTS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONESTY. BECAUSE COME TO ME WITH TRUTH OR KEEP IT MOVING. I responded to something I had seen on Facebook. The doctor responded quickly with a zoom meeting. Within a few days, Beth, my advocate reached out to me. This is such a wonderful program for those that require help with health care, etc. Beth has been an integral part of my health journey. I highly recommend both Solace and Beth!

I think Liz is doing a good job with her assignments to help with navigating the process in which I am going through I understand that she has to have some time to process what she needs to process and understand what I am going through with my health issues that isn’t a easy process which just happens when a patient is outside the ordinary process that is usually the most accurate problems in their health care needs to solve in a timely manner she is trying her best to make sure that the patients stays well as much as possible her involvement has been making a difference in some particular areas of my health I’m just concerned that during this process she will keep up the good work she has always been doing and that she will continue to do good with her involvement with my health care needs it’s not a easy process I just believe her and I will get some issues done soon as I surley needs some things to get better I Thank her for everything and hopefully she will always have great success in her health care advocate cases

Since I was fortunate enough to find Solace my life has been greatly simplified and improved. Making Doctor appointments and scheduling round-triptransportation is now a snap with Solace. I even get reminders of appointments -24 hours in advance. Complicate medical answeres from doctors are often confusing. With my advocate Beth, my questions are now explained in terms even I can understand. One problem at a time but we’re already looking at the next health issue. I truly don't know where I’d be without my advocate Beth!
