I'm new to Solace, but I'm very satisfied so far. My Advocate has been very attentive and caring. I would definitely recommend it.

Ms. Esi is my advocate and she has been above and beyond. The help she has attempted to provide is above and beyond, I just have a bit of a complicated situation going on. I still appreciate everything she has done and am very happy with her services.

Ms. Janell has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. She is always reachable and makes sure she stays in touch. She has helped me to find doctors and make appointments. I can't imagine being without her.

When you have several health issues There is so much to do & hard to keep up with & it becomes overwhelming to coordinate everything & Easy to forget I saw an add for health care advocates from a Co. call Solace that can help wt that & your diferent needs. I was assigned to my advocate Randy . & it’s been a huge help to have someone take charge & be on top of things & do it together!! I feel really comfortable talking with her & relating my issues. I like her approach as she is very knowledgeable & experienced on that Dpmt. I always look forward to our apmts. She checks on a Dr.’s credential’s, insurance & availability etc. & will go over potential questions with me to take to a new adr.’s appt. I think everyone would benefit greatly from this service. It takes a lot off your hands.& It’s free from Medicare. I love this service & truly recommend it. I wish they’d had it yrs. Ago.It feels like now the heavy load is not all on me.

So far, Mary; my advocate, has been wonderful! Her follow through is impeccable; helping my wife and I brainstorm solutions to problems we are facing. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with her, and Jessica.

Rebecca B. is making my experience the best, so helpful and caring. She’s wonderful. She makes appointments for you, follows up with the calls she makes for you, gets ahold of doctors that would be hard for you to get ahold of. I don’t think I could have got a better advocate. She’s my Lifesaver. Thank You Solace
