Kirsten Ainlay has been an absolute life saver. It feels more like I’m talking to a friend who also does this stuff. I know that she has my best interest at heart and is persistent to get any answers needed. She is wonderful, even though she’s in a completely different state as me. I hope to continue working with her as long as possible.

Susan is amazing. She provided me so much help through my medical complications and navigating hospitals, physicians and skilled nursing facilities

Health care and Dr appointments, lab results, scheduling with referral providers can be frustrating to say the least. From day 1 the doctors were easy to talk to. My advocate Erin.. I can't say enough good things. She is patient. Extremely diligent and caring. She follows through on everything with me and communicates with me consistently . She never makes me feel like a bother. I wish she were a doctor or PA in my area. Id switch to her in a minute. I feel like I have a true advocate on my side. Id be lost without her. . .

My advocate Amber is filled with energy and care. She has the strength to do what is too laborious for me to do.

I love and trust my case worker! Her name is Micki ! She is very kind and, caring and very professional! I can talk to her about anything, and if I need anything for my health she gets it done! We need more people like her in the medical profession!
