Lucina Ibarra has helped me with reimbursements when there seemed to be no hope. She has helped me understand the system. Find items and sources for my medical and every day needs. She has come along side me with a do not give up tenacity to solve my problems. She has done it with compassion and in my mind as a friend.

If you can think of it and need it they will try their best to get it and if they can't they'll figure out a suitable substitute. Very competent, professional, and kind. Definitely worth your time to check this place out. LeDina is beyond fabulous if you get lucky enough to get her on your case, but if not be patient and give it time and the right one will come along and life will be that much better because of it.
