Susan was wonderful the minute we spoke! She was very apologetic because the phone system wasn’t working as it should have 2 times that I spoke to her. She then called me on her cell phone so that we could connect. Susan went right to work and called my doctors to let them know who she was and to get information. When she got my last blood tests she jumped right on it and notified my doctor that my GFR was below 20. I’m so happy Susan is on my team to get things done for me♥️♥️

Jennifer is just the best! She has been a huge help with everything that I have had issues with. She is such a pleasure to work with & is so reachable when I need her.
