First appointment with Dr. Martin he said we can help you. 2nd appointment intake with Reishka she said I am going to help you. Reiska canceled the 1st 11am appointment the day before at 2:37pm. She rescheduled for Monay at 5pm. She canceled the 5pm appointment at 4pm the same day. If I get an EOB I am appealing it because Solace wasted my time. They don't deserve a dime.

Your website never works never I always have to call customer service to make my payment. Y’all need to get that ironed out. This is ridiculous. I tried for six days straight to log into yawls website to make a payment and I always have to call customer service and get a live person. It’s really a little ridiculous. Y’all need to fix your website. Some people can make their payments or you may not see no money.

Schedule a call to review my case ,.they never called. I received a text that they will call but it never happened. I feel very disrespected, not a company I trust.

When I had my initial visit with the supervising physician, I was full of hope butAfter two visits with two separate advocates, I am more sure now that I will discontinue any medical care and doctor services. It reassured me that there is no help. I don't need a provider referral service. I need an Advocate, which is not what this company or at least the two that I dealt with was about. Also, they say that it's covered by insurance but then you get an invoice when you call about it they say they'll put it in for forgiveness, but can't promise that it will be forgiven. Unfortunately it has made me give up on medical care and Hope at this point and put it in God's hands I will discontinue all of my future doctors or medical care as I truly understand most people like myself are on our own and if you are lucky enough to find an Advocate, that truly helps God bless you.thank you for nothing Solace. Unfortunately, I think this is a for-profit off of vulnerable patients that truly need help with navigation in the Health field. Again, unfortunately, People that do need help for this type of thing are on their own for the most part unless they are lucky enough to find a true company that advocates for them. I feel more alone now than I ever have. Please avoid this company and don't let this happen to you. I welcome the day god takes me at this point. It's sad when a place like this makes a person prefer no life at all.

Six advocates in a row each one of them was dishonest. They just plain didn't show up for my appointments with no contact no communication or they didn't do what we agreed they would do and then also not show up for our appointment. They will treat you like you're a crazy person as they have no respect for their elders. Management does not respond in any way to your concerns. This operation is run by a bunch of 20 year olds who have no idea what it's like to be sick or disabled. This is simply an easy way to make money off of Medicare and Medicaid. I was scheduled for a call at 11:40 AM. Ten minutes prior I receive a text telling me to stand by. At 12:00, I end up calling Solace and speaking with someone who can't explain why the call didn't occur or why I wasn't notified. I had tried to get advocacy for chronic pain and other issues, and was falling through the cracks of the medical system. Well, I found another "crack" in the damn system!

I guess I'm not as patient as others because it has only taken one issue to say nope this might be a medicare scam. The "dr" I spoke to very briefly said an advocate would call me today, so I waited. By 4:30 and no phone call at all, the appointment was rescheduled. Now, I know I'm disabled, and have absolutely nothing to do all, but when you tell someone you are going to do something, then do it. I've dropped between the medical cracks and was garunteed that would not happen. Crack fall number 1. Then I was told all the great things you can help me through, apparent crack 2. Then told my new advocate would call me today at 4:00 crack 3. I'm not happy at all Solace Health at all.
