SohnneReviews of sohnne.com

This Eames replica is solid. Good quality construction and very comfortable leather too. There is a trick to installing the arm rest cushions, but it's not difficult. I am very much considering buying a second one in palisade to go with the walnut we have. My 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication after the sale. I hope they read this and streamline that part of the customer experience. On the positive side, they are very quick to personally respond to the chat when asking questions about products or emails when you are considering the purchase. But the negative side is that once the order is placed, I personally did not receive a confirmation email of the sale(which should happen immediately) or follow up notification that the chair had shipped. If they could address those issues, this would be a 5 star experience. Happy Holidays!

Detailed descriptions, specifications, and reviews online. Quick shipping. Purchased a gift, waiting for assembly and final impressions of product.

Communication is a bit slow, ask about shipping before hitting the buy button and don’t expect the same quality as the originals, these are copies, but well done copies

UPDATE- I received my order and I’m very happy with the quality. If Sohnne had been more transparent about the shipping (website says 3 day shipping, which may be the case but they should also mention on their site a ballpark figure of processing time) I would have known what to expect and would not have left negative feedback. With all the online scams, I was worried that I was going to be scammed. All in all, I am happy with the product, it’s VERY well made and beautiful. My item never shipped, it was ordered several weeks ago. Customer service was playing games with me and provided me with fake Fedex tracking numbers. DO NOT buy from them. Order #SHN757916 The telephone number Gabrielle provided below goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever calls you back.

The product was definitely on par with what I expected. It arrived in fine condition and matched the description provided on their website. The online store was fairly straightforward to navigate and find what I was looking for. I have to say I'm satisfied with my purchase and the service provided. The customer experience was smooth and without any major hiccups, which is a significant factor for me when considering future purchases.

Living up to its promises in quality and functionality. It was shipped promptly, and the packaging was sufficient to protect it. Navigating the website was fairly easy, while the product selection isn't the widest, the options available were relevant to my needs. Overall, I'm content with my transaction, and I believe it has the potential to become better by enhancing their website's aesthetics and diversifying their list of available products.

We had some challenges with your website chrckout oayment system and in coordinating deliveries. However, your support service has been very responsive and helped us solve the problem. Thanks
