I have ordered 3 products from Sohnne, and the first two (Eames chair replica and Togo sofa) arrived in great condition, seem well-built, and looked just like the pictures in their catalog. I then ordered a Saarinen Tulip Dining Table Replica, and it was a disaster. The table top arrived shattered, and it didn't look anything like the marble in their website pics. However, with the help of Rey and Samuel in Sohnne customer service, I received a full refund for the purchase, and I will consider shopping with Sohnne in the future.

Updated: Finally, the right Ox chair was delivered! It looks excellent and is comfy. During this process, I have had a good dialogue with Diego from Sohnne to solve the past delivery issues; in the end, he and Sohnne fixed these. I will therefore upgrade my review grade. Previous: My order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to be delivered after 50 days (the promise was 3 days on the webb site). The price was miscalculated so that price + vat + transport did not equal the sum. When ordering internationally a high transport cost is added (which is not clear at the webb site before - it says free shipping).

Great product. Excellent authentic quality of frame and leather. Delivery took a long time and was complicated.

Final Update: The team truly did all that they could to try and get me my item. The customer service was top notch, the only reason why my review wasn't updated to 5/5 is that perhaps they should limit where they will ship to in order to manage expectations of the customer better. I've received a full refund, since the chair is stuck at customs it might be sent back to the factory, or to me. They shared that if it arrives I will be able to keep it even though they have refunded. ___ 7 weeks and no updates on my order. I called three times and sent two emails. Prior to purchase I confirmed what shipping would cost, then at check out they threw on another $250 up charge. On my most recent call they canceled my order. When I asked for help finding a solution I was told that there is no one who can support customer service. ___ Update: 1.30 - Sales manager emailed me with screenshots sharing that my order will not be cancelled, and refunded the extra shipping charge, as well as a screenshot of the ship's tracking, estimated to arrive in port tomorrow. ___ Update: 2.12 - Although I was told the chair would arrive 2.6/7, it hasn't, and no updates.

The product (lounge chair and ottoman) is great and meets my expectations. The delivery was not ideal, as the two packages arrived separately. Otherwise, all good, as the customer support service was very responsive and helpful.
