While Sohnne indicates that they have 24-hour customer service that is not the case. However, once you send an e-mail to customer support they respond within 72 hours and are very helpful in updating you on when to expect your order and working on solutions if there is an issue. If you need customer support I would strongly recommend only using e-mail to contact support and expect to wait a couple of business days for a response. If you order the Eames Chairs they come in two separate boxes that may be delivered on separate dates. Upon delivery of the first box you may get an auto-generated message asking how you like the chairs. Don't worry the rest of the order is on its way. While I found the chairs easy to set up the company reached out following delivery and offered to send a tech to help put the chairs together this was a nice touch. Some people have found installing the arms to be difficult the trick to installing the arm is to have a second person who pushes firmly down on the arm. I found the chairs were relatively easy to put together, and are good quality. There are some differences between these chairs and higher-end reproductions specifically the palisander wood veneer is very thin and only on one side, the cushions are not removable which is a feature of the higher-end reproductions. With that said they look nice and are good quality. Ultimately, I ordered another product from them and now that I know what to expect and that they will deliver. I am confident in the company. In fact, due to the shipping delays the company went well above and beyond to support me. Thank you Matthew and Diego!

The chair came in quickly and is exactly as expected. A little hicup on the front end but was a Fedex issue not a Sohnne issue. A costumer service rep named Thomas emailed me to offer complimentary install because my package arrived in 4 days instead of the 3 they estimated! Didnt even ask for it. Great support. Great Product. Great Business! 100% would order from them again.

After my initial review I received a call from Sohnne assuring me they were seeking a solution to the shipping issue. Less than 24 hours later an email arrived informing me they now offer shipping to Mexico. I placed my order and now wait for them to process my order and initiate shipping. I'll continue updating this review as the process continues, hopefully culminating in a new chair in my home. UPDATE: After three months and a lot of communication back and forth we have a lovely new chair in our home. The delay related to Sohnne working to develop a reliable shipping method to service a new market in Mexico. My personal opinion is that they overthought it, worrying too much about uncharted territory and forgetting that Mexico is the US’s largest trading partner. That said, they got the chair to us and my wife loves it. My only complaint is that they sent the Original version rather than the Tall version I ordered, so I get no support for my head. However, they’ve offered me generous compensation for my inconvenience so I will gratefully accept their offer. Sohnne has gone overboard to do their very best to make customer satisfaction the highest priority. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking high quality replica furnishings.

Don’t even know where to start from. 1. lack of communication after buying, you don’t get any kind of feedback regarding shipping, expected arrival, and other NORMAL stuff. 2. I have ordered some lamps and a sofa, first of all, they arrived from China, each in separate days, for the sofa I had to write the Support an e-mail, and surprisingly they have responded that they will keep me informed, but it didn’t happen. 3. Sofa arrived with different cushions than stated, and without the Ottoman, wrote to support and no words from them since. Refunding is almost close to impossible or not worth it, so it’s not worth buying in the first place. 4. All of the positive reviews here are FICTIONAL, wrote by them, with the same dates as well Update 09.04.2024 My sofa issue was fixed, although I had to pay taxes for the replacements, and it took about 2 months. I had another order placed in December 2023, and did not receive any update whatsoever, I had to claim my money back through the bank so I can get their attention, finally Diego did contact me with regards to my refund and in 3 days it was sorted out and I got my money back. Still would not recommend, don‘t understand why it should be so hard, but in case you do order something and have issues, be sure to contact diego @ equinoxcell.com

We initially had some problems with delivery but Diego at Sohnne sorted everything out. The chair is excellent. 100% happy with the finished product.
