I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.

Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.
