Quick response to concern. Worked as advertised.

Ordered the software. Great price. Didn't realize it would take over a day to get the download, but should have realized they need to get confirmation of credit card payment. A little more detail about that in the confirmation email would have been nice. Otherwise a smooth transaction.

Bought the one time payment for MS Office (my 2nd time as the first worked perfectly as well); it was an easy transaction, easy installation and works perfectly. I should add, they had me a bit nervous for most of the day because the download link didn’t work for about 9 hrs, and they didn’t respond immediately to my attempts to contact them (neither via chat, email or phone) so I was nervous but by late evening they had responded and supposedly gave me an upgraded version of the program.

It was simple and painless. Some of the negative reviews gave me pause, but I think many people have problems following directions: to apply the Activation Key, you have to follow the simple steps listed. There was a delay in getting the Activation Key immediately and when I inquired, they apologized and gave me not only an Activation Key but an upgrade right away.

I purchased a lifetime license for acrobat but never received the key code. The confirmation I did received had a bogus link. I emailed support and did not receive any response. I also submitted a ticket via the website and did not receive a response. Then I received this request to rate my experience. And here we are...still no product or response

"sold" 2 user aiome backerupper without any license key. No reply to email or phone call. In contact with my credit card company. Stay away!

Download was unsuccessful, support was non supportive.

I received no instructions on how to load or launch MS365 and can't get it to work
