Customer service was fast and diligent…
Customer service was fast and diligent when it came to the issue I had of not receiving my activation key. It was resolved within hours of my request. I would give a 10 on this matter. Thanks so much!

Very reliable
Very reliable! I usually get the activation code that day or by the next day. The activation key works without issues. No back and forth communications needed over "access code has been used too many times" or "activate by telephone" like some others.
