I spoke with John Searle, who was very knowledgeable regarding what options were out there for the criteria I need to meet. I was given various options and calls were arranged for the companies to make contact with me to demonstrate their products. A great service

Friendly, helpful service-perhaps a little pushy but I guess it's the american marketing way. Efficient and the procedure of chosen companies also efficient. We are trialling one of the companies although it's not quite what we are looking for but the information received from all companies was informative and useful.

I found Software Advice as part of Google search results for Business Intelligence software. They recommended a few options right away and had the vendors call me directly. Soon after, we were engaged in conversations with the vendors and found the right solution. Pros: - Very quick response time. - Provided me with a wide range of software, budget-wise. Cons: - None.
