Contacted Software Advice looking to get some options for better maintenance software for the company I work for. I was doing this in an attempt to help both the maintenance techs and the manger responsible for getting us tools we can use effectually and easy. Our current software is way to cumbersome and complex for in the field use. Explained that I would not be the person in making any final decisions but the information would be passed along to those who would and that i would like it to be as comprehensive as possible . Contact numbers of those at Software advice and the contacts of the companies that have the various software. They began to ask for the persons name that would ultimately make the case for the change and requesting the email of them. Told them that I would not give it but I would pass all of the information along allowing them to make an educated choice and contact them when they are ready...NOT when Software Advice was ready. Still haven't gotten any information..no email..no contact numbers..nothing.

Andrew was patient, inquisitive and friendly. He did not rush me through the process and took the time to truly get to the bottom of what I wanted to provide for our company. I would have been inundated with sales calls from hundreds of CRM companies had I not lucked out and connected with Software Advice! We eventually set up a demo with HouseCall Pro and activated our software the day after demo. I can honestly say that I would recommend Software Advice to anyone looking to find the perfect software for your business.

Despite what their website says about reviews and information, their only purpose is to sell your contact information to vendors, making you the target of vendors selling products for which you would not otherwise have been interested. This way monetizes the process better for them, but does not help the potential buyer do any meaningful research. There is not enough benefit provided in exchange for being turned into a lead for five salespeople. In addition, once someone from your organization reaches out to them, they will refuse to provide any information to another party (even if the first contact was just motivated by curiosity and the second contact was a legitimate buyer).

Very pleased with the service Software Advice provided. Michael Calderon took the time to discover my needs and recommended the most relevant vendors for me. I would encourage anyone looking for a POS system to allow Software Advice to be your first filter!

We didn't have very much knowledge in the area of HR Management Suites as we were entirely paper-orientated. Jill at Software Advice listened to the peculiarities of our situation and helped us find something that may work for us. It was a great experience and she was a breeze to work with.

I stumbled onto Software Advice and was thrilled that I did. They listened to our needs and recommended several companies that were right on target. Demos were set up and we were pleased with every company. We are debating between two of the companies and I would not have found them if not for Software Advice. The only thing though is they just now sent me information on how to prepare for the demos and how to evaluate the pricing. This would have been very useful before we started our evaluation process.

Great experience with Software Advice. The representative spent time listening to our needs and asking really great questions. The recommendations were right on target and a great alternative to doing all the legwork of comparing the many options available.
