Very pleased with towels, using them in a deli!

I ordered items. They did not arrive on the date they were expected. I contacted Customer Support and was told they would ship a few days later. I followed up and asked when the arrival date would be. Days later they canceled my order.

I had to email twice after I didn’t receive order after expected delivery date. Only then did I receive message order was canceled

I placed my order on June 22. I got a confirmation of that order saying it would be delivered on June 27. It wasn't. On June 28, I sent an email to this company telling them I hadn't gotten my order and asked what was going on. I heard nothing from them on July 2, I sent another email saying I hadn't gotten my order and would they please put a tracer on the order and let me know what was going on. I heard nothing. So I filed a "disputed claim" with my credit card company to have the charge credited to my account on July 8. The charge was credited. I then got an email on July 10 from the company asking me for my order number. I promptly emailed it to them. Their response was that they were in the process of moving their warehouse and that's why the order was delayed. They went on to say the order was enroute and should be delivered in a day or two. They requested that I call my credit card company and reverse the credit. My reply was that I would reverse it if and when I actually received the order It is now July 12 and the order has not been delivered. I am hoping that the quality of the towels (if and when I get them) will make up for the terrible customer service I received from this company.

Color of product was vivid, texture was soft. Did not disappoint!

Very unimpressed with the quality of the product. Will be sending them back for a refund.

I ordered a pack of multiple colored pot holders. These pot holders were pretty colors and a very nice size. I would recommend these pot holders. They arrived quickly also. I will.be placing more orders from Soft Textiles.
