I thought I ordered 2 packs of the red potholders but when they came there were 2 packs of multi colors. I needed the red for Christmas gifts 🎁 They look very nice just not what I needed. Thank you

The product was fine, but I have to return due to size. The issue I have is that the return process is not easy. Return couldn't be processed online and had to contact the company to find out how to proceed. I was told to just send back to the original address and I would receive my credit. Now I need to package, take to a shipper, etc. Very inconvenient.

The towels are fine except very thin with were thicker

These towels are extremely small and not consistent in size with regular dishwashing kitchen towels.

After all the positive reviews about high quality, I was disappointed in these tea towels. The hems were good, but the fabric varied from towel to towel. A few were high quality and thicker, but more were thinner and lower quality. I also was surprised (my own fault because the dimensions were provided) at how small they are versus the towels I usually buy.

I was looking for traditional flour sack towels. These are much coarser woven and do not have the absorbency of the softer towels.

The product was delivered in a timely manner, but it wasn't what I expected

They are very thin. Doubt that they can dry a lot of dishes.
