The potholders were exactly what I wanted, but they smelled like they had been stored in a musty basement. Even after washing, they still smell like mildew.

The kitchen hand towel colors provided were not at all like those on the website. Six of the twelve items were all the same color versus four different colors on the website "sample". The quality of the towels provide were less than that I had hoped for (difficult to judge from one photo of a stack of hand towels).

Not terrycloth as I thought. They are thinner than I read in the description.

I have ordered white salon towels from several places, trying to find some that combined a good price with a quality towel. This is not it. These towels are so thin you can literally see through them. I also had to trim sloppy loose threads on several of them.

I just received my order of Washcloths Towel 12-24 Pack. I know that different computer screens alter color differently. But the washcloths are far from pink. They are not hot pink nor dark pink. They are definitely RED!

The towels are nice texture. They’re thin though. I ordered 28”x 28”. I received 24”x 20” 🤷‍♀️ I’m keeping them and will buy towels, 28”x 28” elsewhere.

I ordered 28x28 inch dishtowels and am disappointed to receive 24x25 inch dishtowels.

The pot holders that I received had the "hoop" in the corner not on the straight edge, which makes it difficult for what I am using them for.
