Due to situations from the pandemic my order didn't get out to me as quickly as it said it would. However the moment I messaged them they pretty much immediately messaged me back and took care of the problem. I received them today and I'm happy about it.

Colors were good. Some of the loops were not centered. Some of the stitching was completely gone.

Prompt shipping and order was correct. I do wish you had more options. Thank you

Exactly what I wanted

I have not been treated very nicely by Soft Textiles!!! Your costumer service needs help!! I was called a liar! I have not received the product I ordered. I was shopping on line because I am not to be out and about because of the virus. You have given on line shopping a bad name. I am 76 years old and I do not have a cell phone or a smart phone. I paid for pot holders and I would like to receive them. I will, hopefully safely, go to the post office and mail back the stuff? I received by your mistake. It would be nice if I heard from someone there. Not your service rep. Sandra Goblirsch
