The product I ordered was out of stock, although that was not indicated online when I placed the order. I then received two different emails informing me of the situation and offering to send something similar. I did not want anything different. I was willing to wait on the stock to come in December, but then I got a second email again trying to substitute it. I decided it was safer to cancel before I got something I didn’t want.

I use the potholders in my business. This time shipping was ridiculous. It was stamped 10/19 2 day priority mail not likely to was more like 2 weeks to arrive.

You need to show more of your product

I’ve written multiple reviews for the products that I purchased. I’ve already said how wonderful the products and the pricing for said products was incredible. If I’m asked again to rate my experience, I will have no choice but to give bad feedback because of the aggravation. Regards, David Wilson

Good product. What I expected.

I was very happy with potholders. They shipped in 4 days. And arrived in perfect condition.

5 stars for quality. I don’t like the very stiff hotholders . These are thick enough to do the job. Not crazy about the colors but then they will be in a drawer 99.9% of the time.

Towels were exactly what I was looking for. Hope to order more in the future.
