The Softorino people make excellent apps. I recently had a problem with their YouTube Converter app and they solved the problem quickly. They make some useful apps and I would recommend them.

Easy use, quite intuitive interface Due to YouTube restrictions it sometimes proved impossible to get recordings done. Now I am no longer active in this area so I had to leave, but wish you good luck

In general Softorino software are excellent! Really !! But...obviously sometimes our computer OS might have an update that makes things more dificult for any app to adjust. When this happens I was always pleasently surprised at the speed at which Softorino Customer service responded to my questions and solved any problem. 5-star service!!! Way to go Softorino!!

I've been using the Waltr app for many years and can only recommend it. I also have their other apps, all of which are very high quality. But what I like most about them is the kindness and efficiency of their customer service. Thank you.

The products worked well for a while but then no longer worked after I purchased another year. I contacted softorino who have promised much but not delivered. They asked me for screenshots, details but did nothing. They are full of shit. And when I asked for my money they keep on trying to fix the problem but have not. I have paid for the app (SYC) for 6 months without being able to use it and they have refused to return my money and not been able to fix the issue. The worst service from any company I have ever experienced. Dishonest, incompetent, and they wont even return my money. You deal with the company at your own risk. Be warned.

Hi Fraser! Josh here. I’m really sorry you went through this. This is not OK. I will sort it now. Please send me your purchase email so I can refund you right away. You can reply here with the email or write to [email protected] and say Refund for Fraser Todd. I’ll also review your ticket history to see what went wrong so it does not happen again.
