Softorino responded promptly to my request for help with universal license and activation of apps. I had created a problem by using an unusual e-mail address for interacting with Softorino. The unusual address meant their standard activation procedures didn't work. They stuck with my case for several days and figured out that my e-mail address was the problem. When I switched to a conventional address, activation worked. I applaud Softorino both for persistence and for the clarity of their instructions to me.

joel, that weird email address really tried to sabotage your activation lol. glad we tracked it down -- thanks for sticking with us and for the kind words!

Excellent and fast support! I wanted to transfer my WALTR2 license to a new MacBook, but unfortunately the email link for accessing the license management page wasn't working. Chatting with the AI didn't help. I emailed the support team —> 5 minutes later —> Problem solved!!! Fantastic!!! Thank you so much!
Response from SoftorinoSep 26, 2026
Lutz, so glad our team got you sorted fast! Enjoy WALTR2 on the new MacBook.

These people are genuinely honest, I bought their software but it did not have the features I wanted so I asked for a refund and they did not fuss about it rather they asked me what features I wanted and they said they would be working on the feature I wanted…I keep them in my radar and I would definitely come back and buy the software once they have the feature available.. all the best to the team 👍
Response from SoftorinoSep 18, 2026
thanks Johnson -- a refund shouldn't be a fight, so we don't make it one. the feature you asked for is on our list, and you know where to find us when it lands.

I wasn't able to download a video without the embedded closed captions. The Softorino support team very quickly provided instructions for a simple fix.

glad it turned out to be a quick fix, Geoconno. thanks for pinging support instead of just giving up on it -- and for the 5 stars.
