Support is non-existing
Support is non-existing. Maybe they closed, but their website is still up so I would refrain from making another purchase from them. I purchased a key which stopped working. No response from support.

Terrible experience with them
Terrible experience with them. Bought Office 2024, but it didn't work. Contacted them numerous times through their chat, email, social media, but they did not help. They were unresponsive and took no responsibility for the issue. They advertise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and wouldn't even honour that either.

I placed an order for a lifetime 365…
I placed an order for a lifetime 365 license on Wed, Dec 11, 2024. It worked until yesterday and now it is no longer active. Attempted to reach out via contact submission form - nothing - tried chat - sat idle for an hour - no response - just sent an email - waiting. Now, I'm unable to use the needed applications I normally use for work. What a mess. Will update if and when they actually respond.

Lack of any support
I bought a key for MS Office 2024. As they didn't provide me my native language, after it was published officially, I tried to use the key and it was already used. After that I raised a support request and even after few months I haven't received any response. It's just self-service page with Volume License keys which expires.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024…
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 download Okay for first use. Problems when the device the software was activated on broke so I required a new licence key. Messaged via website, automated email response advised they answer every ticket, typically within 24 hours. No answer so I messaged again 3 days later. Again no answer after 12 days. I was going to re-buy from somewhere else, but then tried live chat and was given new key and download link. First version of download link given did not lead to download, seemed a bit dodgy, given another link and was apprehensive but Office downloaded and activated with new key.
