Practical service
Despite some initial issues, I'm pleased with the services provided by SoftKeyWorld. The problem with activating Office was quickly resolved thanks to the live chat support on their website. Unfortunately, the registration using my Outlook account didn't work, which prevented me from submitting the issue right away. Nevertheless, I appreciate their prompt assistance in resolving the matter

License key is not valid, late response from Softkeyworld
On January 8, I purchased Office 2024 Professional. I received Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus. When installing the system it did not ask for the license key. When I opened office two days ago, I got the message I have to activate it, otherwise I can use it only 4 more days. The activation with the key supplied by SoftkeyWorld did not work, it said "your installation cannot be activated, because the limit of the multiple activation key has been reached". I contacted SoftkeyWorld using their ticket system, but didn't get any response. I contacted them again by e-mail, no response either. I'm waiting now 36 hours and can use the software just two more days. Concerning their service I'm very disappointed. Update from 05.02.2025: in the meantime I received a new key and activation worked fine.

Replaced keys later
The keys didn’t work initially, after contacting support team couple of times and posting reviews, they replaced my keys. Hence updating their rating now.

This product key works just as well…
This product key works just as well when i did ordered it at microsoft store. but yesterday after activate my windows it's looks orginal key. Before ordered i was very worried beacuse this store don't have any customer reviews at trustpilot.however i got confidence when i see that they are taking paypal payment. beacuse paypal have buyer protection.
