Support is non-existing. Maybe they closed, but their website is still up so I would refrain from making another purchase from them. I purchased a key which stopped working. No response from support.

Terrible experience with them. Bought Office 2024, but it didn't work. Contacted them numerous times through their chat, email, social media, but they did not help. They were unresponsive and took no responsibility for the issue. They advertise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and wouldn't even honour that either.

I placed an order for a lifetime 365 license on Wed, Dec 11, 2024. It worked until yesterday and now it is no longer active. Attempted to reach out via contact submission form - nothing - tried chat - sat idle for an hour - no response - just sent an email - waiting. Now, I'm unable to use the needed applications I normally use for work. What a mess. Will update if and when they actually respond.

I bought a key for MS Office 2024. As they didn't provide me my native language, after it was published officially, I tried to use the key and it was already used. After that I raised a support request and even after few months I haven't received any response. It's just self-service page with Volume License keys which expires.

J'ai acheté une clé pour Windows, car ce site dit être partenaire MICROSOFT ! (a voir avec Microsoft si c'est vrai) Or après quelque temps, la clé est désactivée par Microsoft qui me dit que cette clé n'est pas viable ! Le service client ne répond pas , le tchat ne répond pas ! Ça fait 3 jours que j'attends une réponse et Microsoft ne peut rien faire !

Zero stars! This is a SCAM website. I purchased an Office key and never received any emails with instructions, activation codes or anything. I contacted them (with my email and order number) via the site chat twice and they never responded. I was very hesitant when I saw that it was not possible to pay with paypal. Fortunately I "threw away" only a few euros

Stay away - this fraudulent vendor sends invalid license keys and does not stand behind them. I purchased a Microsoft license key about a year ago and they sent me an invalid one (already used). By the time they sent me a second key I'd already had to buy it elsewhere, so I explained that I now would not be able to use their key for at least a year and wanted to be sure it would it still be good (or otherwise I'd want a refund for the bad key they sent me). They assured me that it would be good when I was ready to use it. Fast forward to this month, when I went to use the second code and discovered that it too was bad. So I sent them a link to the previous ticket where they'd assured me if this happened they'd stand behind it, and asked for a working key. They demanded additional money for the license key that I'd already paid for and never received, saying it was "past warranty" despite their prior assurance otherwise. Needless to say, I refused. I took my loss and bought a license key elsewhere, which worked on the first try.
