the order was to be shipped 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. I asked to cancel the order. I bought it in another store and now I have 1 extra drawer for $260.-

I’m disappointed there is no customer service phone number. The color is beautiful but the couch is not comfortable, it catches a lot of lint, and the legs do not look too good as the legs are not flush to the couch. I have requested assistant from PayPal to seek a refund.

No customer service, confused customer's order, but shipping was fast after 2rd attempts.

Received the table and chairs in perfect condition and in a timely manner. There was no communication from Sofafair beyond order confirmation and notice of pending delivery about 10 days later. I was wondering if the company was legit and was afraid it was a scam company due to lack of communication. Thank goodness that was not the case.

I'm unhappy because one of my sofas arrived without the feet. Otherwise it's lovely, but lower than the others that arrived with the feet. I'm not happy.
