My Social Rabbit Plugin Failed Recently we had an issue with our Social Rabbit Plugin. We could not Get Facebook to authorize our account and we could not post I reached out to support at AliDropShip and as always we received a response within hours Initially, the support team could not find out why we could not authorize our facebook account inside the Plugin. So we were allocated an incredible nice lady Nadezhda Ivanova - Head of Additional Services to Department, to solve the issue Nedezhda got onto it immediately, we provided her access to our cpanel and within 24 hours she had a solution, we had failed to add the correct #tags and was simply using the Default tags which created Facebook to deny access. Our own silly mistake but we were treated so kindly and with total support and respect. We love Social Rabbit at koffeeone and we use it on another one of our sites also and will soon purchase a 3rd Licence. If you want your social media posts to go gangbusters please engage social rabbit. The support team is always on standby to help when something goes wrong.
