Simply the worst prop firm that has ever existed. Not to mention that many people I know never received their payouts, and they made claims that were simply not true. They only like collecting money, not paying it out. One of their excuses was that I supposedly didn’t follow the consistency rule, even though it was 23% on their website and you had to stay below 25%. On the payout day, I logged in and—interestingly—it suddenly became 28%. I even have screenshots of it. For another payout, they claimed I was “copy trading” because someone on a completely different account entered the same position 3 minutes later 🤣🤣🤣🤣 In my opinion, NO ONE SHOULD PAY THEM ANYTHING, BECAUSE THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM!

Angela, thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how upsetting unexpected or unauthorized charges can be. Whenever SoarPay receives a report of questionable activity related to a merchant, we immediately involve our upstream banking partner to review the account. During this process, the bank may pause payouts, request additional information, and determine whether the account should remain open. In this situation, the merchant account was closed at the conclusion of the review process. For customers who believe they were charged in error, banks and card issuers have established dispute and refund procedures to ensure funds are returned when appropriate. SoarPay does not keep these funds, and our role is to support the investigation and ensure the proper steps are followed. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. If you have questions about how dispute procedures work or need general guidance, our team is here to help.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We know how important timely payouts are for any business, and we appreciate the chance to clarify what happened. Shortly after this merchant account was opened, the initial transactions were flagged by our banking partner for an enhanced compliance review. Federal regulations require banks to conduct reviews—and temporarily hold funds—whenever early activity appears inconsistent or unusual. In this case, the bank may have seen differences between what was listed on the merchant’s application and what appeared in the first transactions. Our team contacted the merchant several times to request clarification and documentation so the review could move forward. Once the bank completed its investigation, all funds were released on 11/10/2025. Following the review, the bank decided to close the account based on its regulatory and internal risk requirements. We kept the merchant informed throughout the process. Soar Payments takes compliance and accuracy seriously because our banking partners rely on the information provided in the application. When something doesn’t line up, banks are required to investigate, which can result in delays or, in some cases, account closure. We understand this situation was frustrating, and we did our best to help move the review along as quickly as possible. If anyone has questions about how these review processes work, our team is always happy to help explain what merchants can expect.

after wasting time filling endless questions and sending sensitive information to this shady company, they never replied, they never sent the "instant quote", nothing happened, just a waste of time and collecting IDs and sensitive company documents & bank statements. I request a certificate of document destruction.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our process works. Our records show that an application was submitted, but it appears the review process was never fully completed. In some situations, additional information or internal verification steps are required before an account can move forward or before a quote can be finalized. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated or if you did not receive a follow-up as expected. If you’d like to discuss your application or explore next steps, please feel free to get in touch with our team and we’ll be glad to assist. Thank you again for your feedback.

I filled out an application almost 2 weeks ago, i've never recieved a call back, IF they did call back they never left a voicemail or sent an email. Our company gets probably a hundred calls a day, I've been waiting for a response from them for nearly two weeks, but they say they have pre approval in 24 hours. 24 hours times 14 days? I called this morning and spoke with customer service, she said my "sales rep" was on another line but he would call as soon as he got of fthe phone, and hour go by, still nothing. The company can't even return calls, avoid them, you'll surely have issues down the road as well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your communication experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate the chance to address your concerns. Our records indicate that an application was submitted, but it appears the follow-up process did not go as smoothly as it should have. While we aim to review applications promptly and keep applicants updated, there are times when additional verification steps or high call volume can lead to delays or missed connections. We apologize if our communication fell short or if you were waiting longer than expected for a response. If you ever need assistance in the future, our team would be glad to help and ensure you receive timely support. Thank you again for your feedback.

I have an online store and wanted to integrate with soarpay. I was getting an error while putting merchant info to my website. I was shocked when no one helped me after calling hundreds of call and sending 30-40 emails to every known person from the company by me. There is no one available from the technical department. Really I got a lesson for life, never trust on such companies.

Sateyandra, We take great pride in our customer service, which is generally reviewed very positively by our customers. Therefore, when I saw this review, I investigated the situation further. First, I am surprised that you were unable to reach anyone in our offices for customer service. Our customer service team is available via phone Monday through Friday, each and every week, from 8am CST through 5pm CST. Second, regarding your emails, I’ve checked our CRM database (where we keep detailed reports on all customer service requests) and we show only 2 inquiries from your company ever, both of which, per our records, were responded to the same day. Only 1 related to integration, which, per our records, we responded to with a detailed response outlining exactly how you could resolve your integration issue. In summary, as I said, we believe we offer the best customer service in the industry, and endeavor for all of our customers to have a pleasant and helpful customer service experience. Therefore I’d ask that you contact our offices at your convenience to find out if we can get to the bottom of your integration issue.
