Hi Cassidy, we’re very sorry to hear that your package hasn’t reached you yet—we know how frustrating that can be. We always ship orders the same day they’re placed, and your order was no exception. Since we weren’t contacted about the delay, we weren’t able to step in earlier and file the necessary claims with USPS.
