Hi Sherry, We’re really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived on time. We ship all orders promptly, but unfortunately, once the package is in USPS’s hands, we don’t have control over their delivery speed or them rerouting orders, which appears to be the case with most of our orders from the recent holiday. That said, we’re here to help however we can—whether that’s tracking down the package with USPS, filing a missing mail search, or making it right if something has gone wrong. We truly value you as a customer and appreciate your patience while we work through this frustrating delay with the postal service, which has impacted all of our customers. Please reach out to our customer service via [email protected], so they have all of your order information and can take the necessary steps to get your order back on track.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear our shipping and handling met your expectations. We take pride in our Super Green, which is our top-selling strain for a reason — it’s consistently high-quality and carefully tested for potency. While potency can naturally vary slightly between batches, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We appreciate that everyone’s experience can differ, but we are confident in the consistency and effectiveness of our Super Green.
