We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your shipping experience. We completely understand your frustration with USPS delays — unfortunately, some areas only have limited carrier availability, so we do need to offer USPS as an option for rural customers. In this case, USPS was selected at checkout rather than UPS, which is why your order was sent through that carrier. We always recommend choosing UPS when possible for faster, more reliable delivery. We appreciate your understanding and your past business with us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly if we can help further.
