Absolutely love this concept but it doesn't quite work if further investigations are needed. I have 2 dogs and they're always at the vets for something or other so financially, it works. The issue I have is that I live in South East London and if my dogs require bloods or scans, we need to get to North London! It's a 4-8 hour round trip depending on if I have to wait or can go home!!! They should link with a south London practice for the scans! Olivia at Forest Hill is great.

In principal it's brilliant. Cost effective. Nice vets. But getting an appointment is challenging. My dog has an ear infection and I can't get in front of a vet for 5-6 days. I can't wait that long. I can't see myself renewing at the end of the term only because of this.

The idea is good and will appeal to a lot of people. However, people in my situation, with ageing and sick pets, it isn't good at all! As their brand becomes more popular with ever increasing number of members, it is practically impossible now to book an appointment before a week which leaves me with no other choice than to book him quickly to another vet. Kinds of cancel any other benefit don't you think? Now, my pets were taken good care of and most vets were nice and professionals although a couple others need to learn a bit more manners.
