Great professors and instructors. The Academic Advisors were helpful. Coming from the military, I appreciated how they guided me through the process and decision-making. My focus was an MS in Marketing with an emphasis on Social Media.

My experience at Southern New Hampshire University was great because it gave me the flexibility to pursue my degree while managing my work and personal responsibilities. My instructors and academic advisors were supportive, responsive, and encouraging throughout the program. The coursework helped me build useful knowledge and skills, and I appreciated having access to tutoring, technical support, and career resources. Overall, SNHU made earning my degree achievable and helped prepare me for my next professional goals.

Classes are uninformative. You have to teach yourself essentially. I have never taken an online class anywhere as awful as they are at SNHU. Not to mention that your advisor will never respond to your emails for whatever reason. Sent an email months ago, reached out multiple times as a reminder, never received a response. Only automated emails saying that they’ll get back to you in 3-5 days. Didn’t happen. When admin finally chooses to reach out or respond to you, it’s too late and the deadline for whatever issue you were attempting to resolve has come and pass. They will screw you over every time.

I also appreciate the additional resources SNHU provides, including LinkedIn Learning, where students can earn certificates and build skills outside of the classroom, and Scholarship Universe, which gives students access to additional scholarship opportunities. The flexibility of online learning has allowed me to pursue my education while balancing real-life responsibilities, and I have found the overall cost to be reasonable compared with many other options I considered. SNHU has given me more than an education—it has given me confidence, structure, opportunity, and proof that I am capable of accomplishing goals I once questioned whether I could reach. If you are considering returning to school but are doubting yourself, I would encourage you to take the chance. Sometimes the hardest part is simply believing that you can start. SNHU helped me turn that first step into real progress, and I am proud of how far I have come.

Tailoring an online college experience to suite whatever stage of life you find yourself in with a connected staff always willing to work with you is what made SNHU such an important experience in my life. Without the flexibility of their online learning schedule and the availability of the professors and advisors, I would not have been able to afford the time for my degree.

I absoulutely enjoyed attending SNHU. I completed my Bachelors and Masters degree here and wish they had the PhD program I am now pursuing. My professors were amazing and very helpful when needed. My student advisor Kim was also the best. SNHU will be missed!

My experience with Southern New Hampshire University has been incredibly rewarding. As an adult learner balancing a career, entrepreneurship, family, travel, and everyday life, I needed a program that offered flexibility without sacrificing the quality of my education. SNHU gave me exactly that. What I appreciated most was the ability to structure my coursework around my life while still having clear expectations, deadlines, and support to keep me moving forward. That made earning my MBA feel practical, not just academic. There were challenging weeks and plenty of late nights, but I never felt that I had to put the rest of my life on hold to finish my degree. I walked away with more than another credential. I gained knowledge, perspective, and greater confidence in what I can build and accomplish next.
