Very good program for a self-paced MA course. The program was well-organized, easy to follow, and completely self-paced, so I could be in charge of the schedule. There are practice questions at the end of each chapter, and there are multiple practice exams at the end. Additionally, the program tuition also covers NHA 6 Practice Exams as well as the actual exam, which is very helpful. Finally, even though the program is 100% online, the support team is very quick in answering emails and offering help. Overall, a great program if you are looking for an online CCMA program.

When I enrolled for the Medical Assistant program with Clinical Skills Institute, I was initially skeptical about it because of how affordable it was! They emailed me about how to best succeed and I followed the guidelines and studied and got ready for the exam. Not only did they pay for my exam, but they gave me tips and a study guide and really set me up for success! They were so responsive to my emails and celebrated with me when I passed! If you are skeptical and probably a visual learner like me, there are videos that help illustrate the theory aspect. Glad I took this path to getting certified!

I loved this program. It encouraged me to study and, surprisingly, made me feel more confident about my studies, especially since I’ve always tended to think I wasn’t capable of doing certain things. I really appreciated the class being informative and that I could complete at my own pace. If I needed to call for help , you actually got a live person. The cost for the class was very reasonable , too.

This course went above and beyond what I expected. For $800 and the convenience of doing the course online it is totally worth it if you are already working uncertified. I've heard good things about them setting you up for externships, but I did not need their assistance in that so I can't speak to that 100%.

I did the course with CSI, and I was able to complete it over the summer. I am now back in college, and CSI was able to set me up with an externship near by my university, and I'm currently working through the 160 hours I need there in order to become a certified Medical Assistant in my state! The process went very smoothly, and the help I've received along the way has been so useful. CSI always responded to my emails so quick, and had solutions that worked great for me.

I’ve had such a lovely experience with CSI. The course content is easy to follow, and whenever I’ve needed help, they helped me when I was in a pinch with payments and overall are very accommodating-I’d happily recommend CSI!
