I really enjoyed doing my courses. The professors were very caring about seeing me complete the course. My advisors were very caring on keeping me on track. I would suggest anyone to go to Southern New Hampshire University.

Blessed, Thankful, and Grateful!
Words cannot describe how blessed and grateful I feel for this school. 6 years ago I was at a point in life where I thought is this all there is to life, and later that same year I decided to enroll back into school and restart my education. After some big financial help from a former employer I was able to turn that thought into a reality, and now 6 years later and many hardships I was able to complete what I set out to do in the beginning. I have had great teachers and advisors, tutors, etc... I am really grateful for this opportunity and experience. And now I'm going to celebrate this achievement, but then it's time to get back to work because I will be returning back to SNHU to go for my MBA in Business Analytics. Thank you SNHU!

SNHU has an integrity problem, and also doesn’t seem to mind violating federal financial aid laws.
This is an update to a previous review.
SNHU appears to be an institution that believes it can do whatever it wants and get away with it because people’s attention spans are short and they tend to give up easily.
In July I inquired with my advisor about dropping a course due to a hostile instructor that I had already submitted a complaint about to the school. Because the school didn’t seem to care and offered no recourse for a rogue instructor to me or the handful of other students who submitted similar complaints, continuing in the course was untenable. I asked my advisor in plain English if there were any financial aid repercussions or if I had to take any further steps to withdraw from the course. He assured me, on a recorded line, there were not. We then went forward with withdrawing.
To my surprise a month later my Pell Grant was stripped away from me due to the withdrawal. I contacted advising who investigated the issue and who took accountability for the misinformation provided to me by SNHU itself. They led me to file a dispute to have that money returned to me as my family relies on my financial aid while I am in school.
While I filed this dispute, due to the previous issue with the school taking no action on an instructor who who grades in an arbitrary and hostile manner and then retaliates once reported and the dissatisfaction with the misinformation and lack of integrity I saw in SNHU as a whole at that point, I made the difficult choice to withdraw.
Several weeks later, the dispute team got back to me. I had won the dispute, however their remedy was to provide me with a tuition credit for a future course. To a school that was very well aware I had withdrawn from due to these issues. This is not a remedy at all.
When I responded to say as much as demand the school actually correct their error, Ben in Disputes changed his entire story to inform me that the advisor HAD told me about the penalty and HAD told me to contact SFS and so they would not be remedying their error. My calls with advising (wherein they admitted fault and took accountability) were done on a recorded line. Ben deciding to lie and gaslight me in order for the school to not have to remedy their mistakes does not erase those recorded calls (which I also have because I knew SNHU would move with absolutely zero integrity).
Never waste your time with this school. As I informed Ben, if my issue is not remedied in two business days I’m filing complaints with every single government body overseeing higher education and the attorney general for consumer protection and going to the media. Misinforming students on financial aid is a violation of federal law that oversees aid. SNHU does what SNHU does because they know people will give in and give up once their strictly performative dispute process denies them.
The dispute process at this school is purely performative to satisfy government regulations. There is absolutely no support or recourse for students who attend this school which is comfortable violating federal financial aid guidelines and laws.
All of this over less than a thousand dollars. What a good look on a University.
As an aside, the aforementioned instructor is the same woman who originally adopted Natalia Grace, brought her to “little people shows,” and then allegedly sold her. If nothing else tells you about SNHUs lack of integrity, this should.

My professor was very rude and when I…
My professor was very rude and when I asked him to explain things he never really answered my questions. He gave me an F on one of my papers (keep in mind every class before his I had all As) and I sent in a dispute. They denied my dispute saying he communicated and followed the rubric. He did not. So just be aware they value their instructors more than their students.

A Journey Worth Celebrating
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Southern New Hampshire University! From my very first interaction with Admissions and Financial Aid to the final step of my academic journey, I felt supported, encouraged, and valued.
A special thank-you goes to my advisor, Maureen, who was absolutely amazing! Her check-ins, encouragement, and genuine support made such a difference throughout my journey. Having someone who consistently reminded me that I could do it was incredibly helpful.
The professors were also awesome. They were open, honest, understanding, and willing to work with you when life threw a monkey wrench into your plans. They understood that life happens and offered the support and flexibility needed to keep moving forward.
SNHU gave me more than an education, it gave me an experience filled with support, growth, challenges, and encouragement. I am truly grateful for the entire journey and everyone who played a part in helping me reach the finish line.
Thank you, Southern New Hampshire University, for being such an important part of my journey!
