I have ordered braces and retainers through SnapCorrect. When it comes to getting everything right with the molds, there can be complications, but I have always had great customer service and every issued has been resolved to my satisfaction. All phone calls and email interactions have been pleasant and courtesy.

I finished my aligners 3 months ago. I've gotten a great result, period. The treatment plan was smooth, and I've had no problems reaching customer service with any questions or concerns. I also did a lot of research before choosing SnapCorrect. I considered numerous companies, and spoke in-depth with reps before making a decision. Cost was not the only factor for me, and with all things considered SnapCorrect won my business. My teeth are near perfect - I truly could not be more satisfied with the results. UPDATE: I reached out to SnapCorrect for a set of retainers, they called me and I've ordered my replacement retainers. Thanks SnapCorrect!!!

These aligners fit so nicely and they were super easy to get used to. I also love the whitening foam. Couldn’t be more happy!

My experience with SnapCorrect has been amazing. I ordered my impression kit and it came quickly. It was very well organized and very easy to do. Once I got approved for my aligners I was so excited for them to come. I have been wearing the aligners for a full month now and my teeth have already moved and I can see a huge difference! I had a gap in the front top teeth and it is almost completely gone now! In just a month! I have been telling all my friends about Snap Correct because they are truly wonderful! Couldn't be happier! My son is done and his teeth are now straight and look fantastic! So much easier and more convenient than numerous office visits. The aligners did exactly what they were supposed too and without the embarrassment or price tag of metal braces! The aligners are so clear that I kept asking if he was wearing them. The fit is perfect. They are so clear, no one knows I'm wearing them. Not one complaint. The gumline was custom shaped for me. The transition from pair 1 to 2 was comfortable. And the customer service has been immediate and a plus so far, although I've had no issues.

I am currently awaiting my aligners to be shipped! SnapCorrect has been amazing to work with throughout this process. We had a tad bit of trouble getting a good set of impressions made but they worked with me and we got it done. They have also been great as far as getting the needed documentation for my FSA (who has not been easy to work with). I cannot wait to start my treatment, I was very happy with the plan they sent me! Overall customer service has been second to none, highly recommend!!!
