They sent me a very different looking…
They sent me a very different looking product with no tags. Then told me to return it, it stated it would only be refunded at their discretion on examining it. It also arrived smelling musty. They also said they couldn’t exchange it as they don’t have the product I ordered. This feels like a scam page and based on their responses.

Hi Colin, We apologize for the error on your order and promptly provided a return label on 10/17. We asked that the item be returned within 5 days using the prepaid label but there no mention of a refund at our discretion, a full refund would be provided if there was an error with the order. As of 10/31 we do not see that you have returned the item.
