Snagged & BaggedReviews of snaggedandbagged.com

Always have a great experience with this site.

I did not receive 1/3 items I purchased. One of the items ended up with someone else’s address label on the package and was delivered to a mailbox in FL instead of KY!!! I did, however, receive a refund for the item and an email stating that it must’ve gotten lost in the mail! I was very frustrated as the item I ordered was to complete a set.

Beautiful coat.

Shipping was super quick. I love small businesses! This is my second purchase from them and they have the best prices and FAST shipping!

They do not clearly state that there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on their website. I would have never gambled on $170 boots if I knew there was no option to exchange. I love the boots but they are WAY to tight and I will never be able to wear them and they refuse to exchange them. What a big waste of money
