SMS-iTReviews of smsit.ai

SMS-IT is the best SMS marketing tool because it is a simple, easy-to-use tool that allows you to send text messages to your customers. You can use SMS-IT to send promotional messages, to remind customers about upcoming events, to ask customers to rate your product, and to communicate with customers about any other issues that may be relevant to them. SMS-IT is also the perfect tool for customer service issues. You can use SMS-IT to answer customer questions, to update customers on the status of their orders, and to provide customer support.

SMS-iT’s marketing platform is a great asset to your business. It lets you communicate to customers via SMS which is proven to drive increased engagement, sales conversions and ROI. This tool provides a great value to your marketing arsenal.

SMS-iT is a machine. It's incredible how fast it improves and I'm constantly amazed at the new features, training, and resources provided as a customer. It can get a little overwhelming if I don't pause and reach out for help - but the support is excellent and responsive so I never get lost for long. Plus the leadership is very hands-on, and there's a strong community of users to look to for ideas and help.

SMS-IT is the best SMS platform! Very cheap and reliable.

SMS-iT is a great tool for 2-way text (SMS and MMS) messaging with your audience. But, what really makes it GREAT is the customer support. We switched to SMS-iT from PB for better user experience. I've used the native chat feature several times with questions and problems and they have been simply awesome! I highly recommend it. There's a Cloud version and Decentralized version. The Cloud version provides EVERYTHING you'll need to get started. We are using SMS Decentralized. With this you'll need your own mobile phone number (this is just the way we chose to do it). There are many options for connecting a number, including using SMPP gateway on a server, or your existing cell phone number (I recommend using a different one) or getting a new one and they guide you through the set up. We actually got a new number and installed it on an old cell phone that we don't use for anything else. It was very easy.

SMS-iT Team is wonderful. You feel personal touch. This guys have souls, not only business aspirations! And the service?... You can't imagine better than that. It is omnipotent platform that will meet all your needs! Do not believe me - try them. In Bulgaria for example using Twilio you can't get Bulgarian number and to send with them is 2 cents for 1 message. (Very expensive!) With SMS-iT I can send unlimited messages from my Bulgarian SIM-card and I pay only my SIM-cards carrier. Try them and feel the difference in your business!

I bought the lifetime decentralized version. It's very important to distinguish it from the "cloud" deal because the decentralized version is sort of like a VPN on a Hosting account. You have to know what the heck you're doing in order to save money, otherwise, just buy the "cloud" Aka managed plan. Side note: I don't know what the heck, however, I'm learning and shelving this one until the agency plan is out. I wish to be a reseller. And I agree that it has massive potential. Henry and the moderators are sharp and helpful on FB and through private, 1 on 1 zoom calls. They finally listened and added onboarding videos to Facebook. 4 stars for the terrible UI 4 stars for shelving this one until it is 100 percent ready 5 stars for the customer service for me 10 stars for the massive potential! 1 star for the fraudulent Google Play store reviews. Edit: the agency plan is, in fact, live. Time to boot this up and create some use cases.

For some time I've been considering how to grow my user database, retain loyal subscribers and drive sales. A recent study concluded that the email engagement rate is low compared to SMS. SMS produces engagement rates six to eight times higher than businesses normally achieve via email marketing when used for redemption, data collection and brand awareness. I knew my business had to begin using SMS, but I avoided using it for marketing because for most of us it's quite complex and expensive. SMS-iT Decentralized helps you increase traffic, subscribers, and sales through unlimited two-way omnichannel messaging and marketing at scale. SMS-iT has developed a tool that is easy to understand plus an option to send and receive unlimited free SMS texts. Music to my ears! The UK average cost to send 50,000 SMS is $2,000 USD. With SMS-iT it's zero dollars. SMS-iT pricing per message is $0.00/message when using the Decentralized Version. There are four ways I can send unlimited SMS via the decentralized version: 1) SMS-iT FREE Public US Number. 2) I can use my Simcard, i.e a Simcard Gateway is available, for unlimited messaging. 3) SMPP Gateway: I can set up a free SMPP Server on my desktop/server, for free unlimited messaging, by using my mobile network connection. 4) In-built Twilio Gateway The Founder and the support team are incredibly supportive. They are always ready to jump on a Zoom call to help set things up. I have 100% faith that this company is going places, and I plan to enjoy the ride :) CONS Version 2/0 promises to fix the issues below: - The UI needs modernising and simplification - The onboarding process has a few bugs Don't be deterred by Version 1.0. Version 2.0 due in around 4 months, will be a massive improvement. Overall, the potential for this tool is massive. Yes, SMS is quite a technical topic, but don't let that put you off. And considering a study reported that SMS has eight times the response rate of email, I'm looking forward to engaging with my audience using the SMS-iT Decentralised plan with unlimited SMS sending. Definitely highly recommended!
