Avoid SMS iT – Serious Issues with Payment and Trust
My experience with SMS iT has been extremely negative. They did not pay developers for completed work, repeatedly failed to honour commitments, and showed a serious lack of professionalism. If you are a developer, freelancer, or client thinking about working with them, please be very careful. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

This review is false, misleading, and part of an ongoing extortion attempt by the individual who posted it. This person is not a customer of SMS-iT, nor a partner or vendor. He was a freelance developer we hired and paid over $42,000 through Wise for a contracted project he repeatedly promised, but never delivered. Instead, he: - Failed to complete the work despite months of payments - Demanded more money with no progress - Later threatened to post negative reviews unless we continued paying him We have a formal fraud and cybercrime case filed with Wise, and we have provided evidence of his actions, including payment records, communication logs, and security reports. We will also be submitting this information to Trustpilot for review. SMS-iT always pays legitimate developers for completed work, and we maintain high ethical and professional standards. Unfortunately, in this case, we were the victims of a scammer, and this review is an act of retaliation after we refused further extortion. We encourage anyone with questions to contact us directly. We are fully transparent and prepared to share verification with the appropriate authorities and platforms.
