New to vaping and seemed like SMOK was a good brand to start out with, I had a really good experience with their ResaStick so I decided to upgrade to a G-Priv 2 Kit, once the coil that came with it went bad, I purchased a box (set of 3 coils) V12 Prince-X6, they all had massive amounts of leaking problems (I even changed the gaskets to new ones that came with my G-Priv Kit). I figured I was new to this and maybe it was user error, so I purchased another box. !st coil lasted only for a day, 2nd coil is leaking and the 3rd is working just fine. I called and told me to email (Warranty) manager @ smoktech.com it has been a few days and no reply, even sent them pictures. At this point its safe to say that I will not be purchasing or recommending SMOK products to anyone. Thank god I have not purchased any more of their products, their customer service/warranty is a JOKE!

Both me and my sister both have Vape pens no trouble with them but after somewhat 10 boxes of coils burning out from 2 puffs to 2 days have given up with smok, and changed to vapouresso where the coils last up to 3 weeks, just look at the reviews for smoke coils on Amazon.

My pro color broke suddenly one day. I put in a warranty claim, which has taken over 2 months to ALMOST fulfill. I got my e-coupons today so I could get my replacement, the one for the Mod worked, and then the one for the Shipping wouldn't work, so I went back, AND TO MY SURPRISE, THE COUPON FOR THE MOD WAS GONE. Complete and utter crap customer service. Never ever buying a Smok again.

Purchased a kit on December 7 2017 it worked about 2 weeks. Luckily I still have my kanger.Just spoke to a warranty reprep and was informed that the color I bought wasn't available any more. The only option I was given for a replacement was black. If i wanted a black device I would have purchased a black one. Never buy a device from smok.Emailed china about the device and the response was to send adds for new devices to purchase.Never a answer about the broken device DON'T BUY THIS JUNK EVER .

This is the second mod I've bought from smok, neither has lasted a year, you get very very poor customer service (almost non existent) I've written them two emails with no reply, all I can say is do these companies not care about reputation or repeat custom? It seems after they have your money you no longer matter. Their products are poor to mid range, all with fancy names to attract stupid people to buy such as 'cloud beast' or 'alien' etc I'd give them 9/10 for marketing 5/10 for product quality and 1/10 for after sales customer support. ALL IN I'D SAY AVOID AVOID AVOID TRY ANOTHER NOT SO HYPED AND COLOURFUL BOXED BRAND.

Bought babybeast tfv8 for my daughter in July as a present,very light use but tank started to leak in first 6 weeks,now dec15 th battery power switch has come out.warrenty limited to 3 months,will certainly not be buying any smoke products again.absolute load of rubbish

Crap products. Both of my G-Priv's 510 came loose to the point the tank just falls off the Mod. I emailed Mad Vapes who supposedly handles Smoktech's warranties three times in the last 3 months and have not received a single response. $200 in kits that are worthless now. Would never recommend them; and in fact, tell all my vaping friends to never buy their products. I can deal with a defective product, but their lack of customer service is disturbing.

The Mod I bought was broken. Been emailing Smok customer service asking for assistance with the warranty with no response. That seems to be the trend with them from what I'm finding online. I'm not buying their products anymore. Even if they won't fix it a response would be nice so that I could go on and buy a new product.
