smok guys have to be the worst, broken mod in march, took almost 4 months to get a replacement, in between time i had to buy a new kit costing me £100, no compensation, 4 weeks later the replacement breaks and again 126 days and no replacement and no compensation, this is crazy, its like they do not care, march i had the problem and now 8 months later still not sorted and cost me a small fortune, not happy at all Cheap mass produced rubbish I now own a vape shop and try not to sell smok products, what we do sell are the coils and we are constantly having to refund them, come on smok sort it out

My smok fit broke in less than 2 months of use and I have had a support claim filed for almost 2 months now and they have yet to provide any useful assistance. They have only asked me questions which would be answered had they looked at the attached video Their products are terrible and their support is even worse

Absolutely awful, we had 3 in our household & all packed up within 6 months, don't waste your money on these, how this company is still running after the amount that need replacing is beyond me!

M4 and X6 Coils are terrible. Either they leak, snap crackle and pop with so much juice in your mouth you wanna gag, or they just dont work at all. Bought 3 packs of 3, 6 were no good. I do not recommend these.

Smok alien constantly leaks and over half the coils bought are faulty always reading ohms to low or no coil. When a coil does work they always last less than a week. On top of that after about 3 days of having ìt half the paint comes off the mod itself. Common issue aparantly. Never use smok again.

First time vaper. Spent $50 for one of their products. Leaks like crazy!! Left puddle after puddle of liquid on my desk, wasted a whole bottle. Vape shop assembled & res-assembled twice and still leaks. Coils changed, still leaks! What a waste of money. Seems like it is common knowledge that SMOK products leak. Do not waste your money, I really wish I had all money and time I wasted trying to fix this poorly designed product back.

Ive gotten 2 in the last 2 weeks and both have leaked out of the airflow tube. Not a good product at all.

I bought a Smok Knight Kit with the Kapoor 2 mod. No issues with the mod, but the Smok tank and coils were another business. Fairly soon after I bought it I thought I’d bought a bad batch of coils. It turned out it was the tank short circuiting on the battery, leaving an awful taste of metal and burned cotton. Every so often it would work but even then the tank would leak and I’d find my pockets reeking of the liquid I was using. Eventually it stopped working altogether. I only bought this in May and it’s broken by September. Meanwhile my Aspire PockeX is still going strong after a year. After my experience and seeing the same story from countless others, avoid this brand at all costs.
