Every single smok product I have bought over the last 6 years has failed and ceased to work after only a few weeks of normal use. The last item l bought, the Smok Novo, only worked for 2 weeks and now won't fire. I have had Mods, from the Xcube 2 to the cube mini to the h-priv, that have shorted out and failed after only a couple weeks and tanks that started leaking after a few coil replacements or my person favorite is coils that have just come apart and spilled an entire 3-5 ml of juice.

I love smok products, have not had an issue with any of them. But their customer service is HORRENDOUS. I emailed them because I paid extra for 3-7 day shipping and it won’t be here for another week when it’s already been a week and a half. All they replied back with was a screenshot of my tracking information. Yes, thank you, I too know how to click on a tracking number to check the status. But that DOES NOT CHANGE the fact that’s its a week and a half late! And they had nothing to say, no words, just the screenshot.

Started out with that pen v8 thing. Leaked and didn't charge only after a few weeks. Thought it was me. Went and bought the g priv 2. Same leaking problem and the screen broke so easy. Bad design. I'll never spend another dime on this company. It sux u have to give one star just to leave a comment. They deserve a punch in the crotch!

I got dupped again. I must have went through 6 220w mods. They all stopped working 6months after I purchased. Besides the mod not working there atomizers we're horrible get one to two days per atomizer then I smartened up got a new brand has been working fine BUT I have recently switched because I liked the smok novo a small refillable salt Nic thingamajig. Two weeks after I bought it the novo it's broken already after you take a pull off of it it just keeps on pulling so I've burned through 6 filters not knowing that the thing was still pulling and it's fried everything and now I need to wait 15 days to get a replacement that's even if they accept the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

They are horrible all around in every possible way, performance- it stopped working within a few days. Bateeries didnt last a quarter of as long as it should've. I tried contacting customer service by phone and email for over a month now, all I've received is a 10% of coupon with $50+ purchase. SMOKTECH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SATISFACTION AT ALL. My issue was covered under smok manufacturer defect warranty. They want it break and stop working so you go and spend another $100 to $200 on a new product and repeat this cycle nonstop. They benefit from their dishonesty and we suffer from it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SMOK. Yhave been warned. Any other company is better than SMOK

Just bought the new innovative novo vape and within 3 days it malfunctions and can't be charged anymore. After doing some research most people are having this issue, better than that I can't get a refund for the item! Why sell something if it breaks in less than a week smh.

Worst everything that they are producing

Wish I could give a zero. That rubber insert at the top is a joke. Bubbled after first fill and the one that came with it did the same. Have bought 3 in 1 year because they flat out die! Can’t even get ahold of customer service. Never again will I buy one!
