Terrible customer support and no quality on the products. Bought an item and got a replacement, the replaced item as well has a problem. Support takes forever to answer you. This company will never see my money again and I will make sure a lot of people knows about this as well.

My pro colour broke unexpectedly so wrote to them they replied quickly at the start then said they would send a replacement and now won't reply and still haven't got a replacement, they have six months warranty so don't understand why they shouldn't stick to its there companies policy .

70 dollar mag mod. 3 months old. Swapped out the batteries and it doesn't turn on. It somehow fried itself. Called customer support... Massive joke that was. I could hear the woman googling my question. I was put on hold frequently and eventually hung up on. I called again and got the same woman. Asked to speak to someone else, was told nobody was there. Got hung up on. Called back and asked again, she said "do you want me to walk around and find someone?" I said yes. On hold for 15 minutes before David a manager answered. David reveals they can't do a thing because they're a third party company who's job it is to direct people to the smok website. I asked David what company he actually works for, he says I'm acting childish and hangs up on me. I was curious. And yes, only two people were working there. So I start the rma process online, I can't repair it so let's replace it.. I'm under warranty after all. The website won't allow you to submit an RMA request without verifying you're using a legitimate smok product. You have to download a very shady app onto your phone and scan two qr codes on the original packaging. (If you don't have a smartphone then good luck. If you don't have original packaging good luck.) Luckily I have both of those. I scan the QR code and it tells me it's authentic... That's it. The app doesn't work. I'm not frustrated and saying that to be dramatic, I mean if you download this app it's a ton of comments on how it doesn't work. So now I can't file the rma request and my warranty is about to expire and I just can't help but feel that's not a coincidence. I sent two emails and have yet to receive anything back. Unrelated but their coils are a scam. They rate what wattage is safe for the coils but the number is too low, this causes you to burn the coil into charcoal within a couple days. I'm hoping to get the mod replaced, I'm going to sell the one they give me (which doesn't seem like it's going to happen rn), and buy from another company... And start building my own coils. Smok is a joke. Stay away. Stay far away. They're good products when they work but they don't work for long and good luck getting help with literally anything.

Taking forever. When I submitted the order they said 10-14 days then 3-7. So I sent an email asking which one was it. They sent me a screen shot and I have not been able to track it at any point. I’m just going to return it when I get it because I’ve already bought an new mod. Locally. This site is a joke.

I've been using smok products from smok for a very long time ive gone THREW 2 smok micos in the last month and a half they work great while they work but come on that's ridiculous it might be time to try another company

Smok coils are unbelievable they last about 3 days if you're lucky, do your self a favour and don't bother, they must be avoided or you will get so stressed you'll end up buying gags.

Three weeks and my order is yet to ship. If you can, DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM SMOK; order from a vendor. Their products are mediocre and their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They will lie and provide fake tracking numbers. Not sure if they are simply spread thin, or incompetent...nonetheless, save yourself the trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I can't believe how many time this guy's take to respond an email, 4 day now and I got NOTHING, I place my order in the site on February 24 and my product isn't shipped today March 6... Horrible customer support, horrible shipping period, my G-Priv 2 broke after 6 months, I just buy another Smok Product because they give me 30 USD credit in their site, I buy another devices in another place VaporDNA and arrives nothing more than 6 days with free shipping... Shame on you SMOK, never buy something of the brand again.
