Every single product I have ever used has leaked, Smok also makes Yocan products and they leak horribly bad too.

Smok Mag was great to begin with (like most Smok products). The battery release button has become so bad that it releases the batteries with the slightest rub against anything. They provide a tool to tighten the button but it cannot tighten any more than it is. This is my second and last Smok. The last one (Alien) fell apart. I would avoid their products, there's many better choices out there.

Trash, simply trash. I’ve gotten 3 vapes this year. This first being the 225w alien top hat design and it just stopped working after a month; no matter how hard I tried it just kept showing a black screen. Got a free one because the first one broke inside the bought warranty. Then it did the exact same thing in a month and a half. So they gave me a discount on any smok vape so I bought one for 210. But it only lasted 3 and a half months before it just wouldn’t turn on. Finally I had enough sense too buy from a different brand (vapresso) and it’s been working for 7 months now. Bottom line DO NOT Get a smok vape. They’re garbage

I bought a smok species within a week it broke and the pin in the tank fell out it took me almost two months of emails and pictures to finally get them to replace it the they went me what ever they felt like I bought a gold one and they sent me a white one and refused to replace the broken taken if you want junk and poor service buy a SMOK this is the last one I will ever buy

Sold a poor product that broke within weeks and will not even contact me about the warrenty would not reccomend doing buisness with them.

placed an order two months ago and i still haven't received it also haven't received any information on my order no tracking number so i cant tell if my order is pending or cancelled or its just taking along time to come

This company is complete garbage. I have wasted enough money on their products but never again... had led screens stop working, battery latches that dont latch, vfin is a terrible design, the screen is on top so I had one of many defective smok coils leak all over it. Now it no longer works. If you buy a 5 pack of coils you are guaranteed to have at least one be defective. My v fin actually came sealed in the box with a broken glass tank. All around terrible products from a terrible company. Buyer beware

Have tried many Smok products. Priv v8 leaks like a sieve, battery compartment latch is weak. Had a baby before; the push key popped off after about a month. Bought 2 Novos. Both malfunctioned within a month. One malfunctioned in my purse pocket and started smoking. Went to vape shop, bought a Slim. Pure garbage. No pull, low battery life, little rubber plug on tank fell off after 2nd fill. Completely done spending money on your poorly made garbage.
