Product did not come in the time that was advertised on the website but my bank account was sure charged ASAP. When I reached out to customer service about an update on my order, they did not say hello nor thank you. Replied stating the device I ordered was not in stock asked if I wanted to change color of order. I agreed to change colors on the SMOK2 device I ordered if they were going to ship it out that day. Got a reply again with no hello or thank you that stated, your order will ship. When FINALLY received both SMOK tanks were shattered - so JUICE leaking everywhere when I filled it. Don't order from this company unless you want to wait forever and then receive damaged products.

Do Not By From SMOK! EVER! Really BAD service and products are faulty! Website, purchasing and shipping is deceiving and costs more than advertised. I bought a replacement part and paid for 5 day shipping and received the product nearly 4weeks later. I didn't know that the product was coming from overseas until I clicked purchase. Then I received another bill from FedEx for additional shipping!! The product is not working and they want me to pay out more money to ship it back to them!

Smok new mad was mag p3as far as shock resistance..bs...I had it on the coffee table and cat tipped it over and the screen busted.called them about this and of course they didn’t stand behind any of their claims ,look don’t believe anything they advertise and there’s no warranty only had it three days...wow

I have had 3 in the last two weeks. The first just quit after 3 days. The second (these are novo type) just started firing and burning next to me on the bed. I rolled onto it and burned myself. Thankful that burn woke me up before my house went up in flames. It was so hot I had to grab it with a towel, then I just threw it outside. My husband took the two Novos into the local vape shop where he got them, and picked up a nord 2 as a replacement. Well wouldn’t you know it, it wouldn’t work. Then a few hours later it just started going off by itself. I can’t believe these are still on the shelf, I could have lost my life, my house... who knows the damage these evil vapes are causing. THEY MUST BE STOPPED.

Ok writing a 2nd review. I was emailed saying what I purchased was pre ordered coils that didn’t come out yet. I looked on other sites where people have purchased the same coils and did reviews on them. STAY AWAY FROM SMOKSTORE!! Something is fishy there

Never buy anything from SMOK official website! I ordered a purple shell novo 2 and they sent me the wrong color, I couldn't find the purple shell novo 2 in vape shops so I went to SMOK.com to order the purple shell novo. I have talked to their customer service and they will not send me the correct color even though they made the mistake!!

The worst automatic Mod ever. I purchased a Smok x priv mod at the end of December at the price of 70 euros. Regrettably after 65 days it started rebooting on itself. After two days it went completely dead. Contacted the support center multiple times I never had a reply. I took the mod to the vendor, it was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could and to contact Smok support and wait for a reply. Never again.

Brought 2 smok trinity alpha pod systems and numerous other smok atomisers and coils for my mods. Overall they are the worst company to deal with if you ever have a problem as they don’t reply to the many emails I have sent. You get a generic email from them where the links don’t work and you go through the whole process of filling the information in and add photos to get no reply. The pod system on the trinity alpha is a joke. They either arrive cracked or crack after you fill them. You will regret buying any smok product and their customer service is non existent. PLEASE BOYCOTT BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.
