Their mods are nice in the beginning but they usually break within 6 months or less. Quality control is not there.

Ok so ill start by saying prior to this experience i was a huge smok fan. But this last purchase experience was a huge turn off. So i joined there newsletter so i was emailed a 20$ off0coupon on my next purchase, i clicked the link directly from my emailed coupon to make my purchases and it says its attached to my order plus another 10% off my entire order. I was excited about that so i went ahead and purchased to a purple priv s kit AND the green pro color kit (neither are that cheap) . I checkout choosing 3 to 5 day shipping and it shows everything worked accordingly coupons and all. Well its now almost 2 weeks later i just finally received my items. Oh btw smok has no contact number to call to find out anything about wth is up with an order only email which is ignored 99% of the time unless you mention the word refund . So i was happy i at least received them... i open up the whats suppoesed to be purple spriv kit and while the tank is the beautiful royal purple as advertised the mod is this god awful magenta pinkish which is not anything close to something id ever willingly pay 80$ for, it looks ridiculous with the purple tank... im so irritated and of course who can i call to resolve this issue? O thats right nobody

They don't last but maybe a year or so. Not very happy...

Smoke stick prince. Waste of money and that’s something I dont have a lot of being a single mother and desperate to cut the crap out of my life from cigs. It’s really hot and splashes hot liquid on my lips! Bleeping OUCH! . Geeze! Crappy product smok people. I can’t help but feel I just got caught by your racket.

Tpriv 3 mod is ace but the coils are shocking. I've Been through 7 coils in 14 days. I'm going to have to change back to a different atty as I can't afford to replace it every day or two :-(

I have to say I've only ever bought smok products and I have been extremely disappointed with my purchase of the stick prince. I purchased it only 3 months ago and ever since I have been unable to find the proper coil that was designed for this vape. I know there are others similar available but I just don't like how they hit. I am being told the reason is a manufacturer issue. With that being said how pathetic is it that smok would put a product out there they can't provide coils for.

I feel generous for giving 2 stars.I purchased 2 products at the same time,the one does work - with minor problems which I can grit my teeth and accept (only because of the long process I'm having to go through with the other) - but it's not the worst. The second star is literally because what I ordered arrived. Well done Smok, you're not COMPLETELY ripping people off - only mostly. The product I've had the most trouble with is a vape that leaks from the time it arrived. The liquid from the vape leaks straight through to the battery compartment. When I contacted the 'customer support' their only reply implied that this was somehow my fault. I sent a video of what their product does! As they requested! It clearly is not my fault,but their manufacturing.Eventually,after a very lengthy waiting process, they accepted the blame (about 25 days later).I'd stated that I wanted a full refund as the product is and never was fit for purpose - in response they offered me SOME of my 'money' back via coupons to use on their website. When I stated that I did not wish to have anything else from them and I simply want my money back,they emailed me again - offering me an extra $10 to spend on their site...fantastic.I'm not happy in the slightest, but after 2 months of trying to get a refund I just honestly give up.I'll take the coupons and my unhappiness. I just hope no-one else makes the same mistake - because when things go wrong - they do not care in the slightest.
